We offer a 4-station lighted skinning pole to all our customers to skin and quarter your harvest. Bins are provided to place your meat in, then walk it a few short steps into the shop to select how you would like your meat processed.
We ask that all hides and carcasses be taken with you after the meat is removed. Trash bags are provided.
All meats are processed and smoked on site. You receive only your meat in return. Please see our Smoked Meats pages for a list of what is offered and pricing. We smoke Deer, Pig, Bear, Turkey, Geese, Poultry and Fish.
We offer 21 varieties of cheeses that are smoked to perfection. Eat alone, mix in a homemade Macaroni and Cheese, or add to your venison pork roll breakfast. See our smoked cheese page for a list of cheese's available and prices.
Occasionally we run specials smoking other items. Contact us for more information.
